I spent my Thanksgiving at La Bohéme Du Tertre, located in Paris around the Montmartre area. Sadly, I have to say the food was pretty disappointing, and to make matters worse, I actually didn’t eat French food here. We ended up at La Bohéme because they had the most affordable prices in the area and after a couple of days of dealing with the EUR/USD exchange rate we were feeling pretty poor. On another note, we managed to get a table next to the restaurant’s cat… which believe it or not played a huge role in that decision making process as well.

We ordered the cheapest thing we could find, which was two combination steak and french fries dinner with one dessert and a combination chicken and fries with dessert. Both meals came with a sad, sad, looking salad. I can’t speak much for the chicken, but the steak was ehhh.

I FINALLY had a chance to check out the Louvre Museum. The whole building is absolutely breathtaking. It really feels like you’re in the middle of a small town, and after a whole afternoon of exploring I only managed to cover a small fraction of the museum.
